Louise is a seasoned executive and qualified strategy consultant with over 20 years of experience helping SMEs and start-ups grow and scale across the UK, US, and European markets. The Founder & CEO of Ryyzze LTD, she combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise to deliver impactful results for businesses navigating change, growth, or global expansion. Her core specialisms lie in the retail and FMCG sectors-particularly within beauty, wellness, and consumer goods.
Louise has worked with globally recognised brands such as Elemis, Decléor, Walgreens Boots Alliance, and scaling businesses across the spa, salon, and CBD industries. From launching new products, marketing, to leading international expansions and managing multi-million-pound portfolios, she brings a proven track record of turning challenges into growth opportunities.
