About Louise
Louise is a seasoned executive and qualified strategy consultant with over 20 years of experience helping SMEs and start-ups grow and scale across the UK, US, and European markets. The Founder & CEO of Ryyzze LTD, she combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise to deliver impactful results for businesses navigating change, growth, or global expansion. Her core specialisms lie in the retail and FMCG sectors-particularly within beauty, wellness, and consumer goods.
Louise has worked with globally recognised brands such as Elemis, Decléor, Walgreens Boots Alliance, and scaling businesses across the spa, salon, and CBD industries. From launching new products, marketing, consulting as a turnaround specialist, to leading international expansions a turnaround specialist and managing multi-million- pound portfolios, she brings a proven track record of turning challenges into growth opportunities.
As the VP/COO at Turnkey Beauty in California, she brings a rare blend of strategic insight and real-world, hands-on experience, working with a diverse client base that includes The Sphere, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, celebrity clientele, high-profile individuals, and leading specialists.
Louise’s journey began in beauty therapy, qualifying with Level II & III
certifications, including customer service, and aromatherapy Level III. This foundation gave her a strong understanding of customer experience and business from the ground up. She went on to earn a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management, Retail Level III, and multiple leadership and industry-specific qualifications, building the commercial acumen she brings to every project. Passionate about purpose as well as profit, Louise has also worked with causes close to her heart, including Alzheimer’s Society, Macmillan, and Saving Innocence, and served as a school governor, reflecting her deep commitment to impact-led leadership.
At Ryyzze LTD, Louise partners with founders and leadership teams to bring clarity, direction, and strategic momentum. Known for her straight-talking, people-first approach, she delivers practical strategies that help businesses build strong foundations, unlock growth, and achieve long-term success.
